Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to join our team! This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to grow into leadership. As the Assistant Clinical Director, you’ll support clinic operations, guide staff development, and ensure high-quality care for families. With our rapid growth, future leadership and director opportunities will be offered to internal team members first.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Clinical Director in day-to-day clinic management
  • Perform client intakes and functional assessments
  • Create and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy as needed using evidence-based methods
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs
  • Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with BACB and clinic standards
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and quality assurance
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, counseling, or related field
  • Current and unrestricted BCBA certification
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting children, families, and clinical teams
