As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) you will provide high‑quality care to patients with end‑stage renal disease (ESRD) by:

• Monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measuring and recording vital statistics.
• Initiating cannulation and conducting patient observations.
• Setting up and operating hemodialysis machines.
• Developing compassionate relationships to improve patient quality of life.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or other state‑approved credential.
• Current BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.
