Are you a newly graduated Physical Therapist looking for mentorship and independence to launch your career? FOX Rehabilitation’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program offers an exciting opportunity to grow as a healthcare professional while delivering high-quality 1:1 patient care.

• Mentorship & growth:
  Dedicated mentor and hands-on training to help you become a confident, well-rounded clinician.
• No prior in-home or home health experience required:
  Training, support, and mentorship to help you succeed.
• Manageable caseload:
  See 6-8 patients per day on average.
• 1:1 care & 60-minute sessions:
  High-quality, individualized treatment.
• Flexible schedule:
  You set your own schedule—no nights or weekends required.
• Additional income & referral bonuses:
  Bonus opportunities for referring colleagues or treating extra patients.

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in STATE
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification

• Passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy
