Float Medical Assistant

Overview

Float Medical Assistant at Center Well Senior Primary Care – first point of contact for patient care, responsible for clinical and administrative duties.

Base pay $40,000 – $52,300 per year. Eligible for bonus incentive plan.

• Administer medications, vaccines, and phlebotomy; obtain vital signs; perform screening tests.
• Document patient information into electronic medical records.
• Maintain clean and ready examination rooms.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Work minimal supervision, prioritize tasks independently.

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant.
• CPR Certified.
• Preferred:
  Phlebotomy experience, medication/vaccine administration, 1+ year MA experience.
• Knowledge of value‑based care, HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, CAHPS/HOS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (pass exam).

40 hours per week. Float position at Augusta, GA and North Augusta, SC clinics.
