Budget Analyst

About the Position:

Serve as a Budget Analyst in the Program and Budget Branch, Resource Management Division, Dwight

D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC). Participate in the formulation of budget estimates and financial/budget reports. Develop summarized tentative operating budget for selected elements.

This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

• Performs analyses and establishes targets/goals for selected program elements.
• Monitors and analyzes commitments and obligations of contract, supply, TDY, credit card and other expenditures versus fund availability to ensure sufficiency.
• Provides supervisor a regular report of reimbursements and overall status of program.
• Prepares a variety of financial reports covering status of funds, expenses, reimbursements and obligations.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Certification Level 2: THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position.
• Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program.
• Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.
