• Record and maintain journal entries in SAP in compliance with GAAP; prepare recurring entries and reconciliations.
• Investigate and report account variances; implement process improvements as needed.
• Support audits and tax filings by preparing work papers, responding to requests, and ensuring timely compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank and loan accounts, and manage financial programs such as grants and credit initiatives.
• Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and oversee capital projects from initiation to close.
• Ensure accurate vendor payments, manage GR/IR process, and resolve discrepancies; assist with customer account reporting as needed.
• Collect and review expense reports, receipts, and approvals; ensure proper general ledger coding.
• Develop and maintain accounting metrics in collaboration with leadership to support financial performance.
• Other duties as required.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Two to four years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP accounting software, financial modeling and data analysis tools.
