This is a full‑time position for a Structural Engineer located on‑site in Augusta, GA. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing detailed structural calculations, conducting structural analyses, and developing efficient engineering solutions. Responsibilities include preparing design plans, reviewing project requirements, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

• 6+ years of varied experience (in Steel, Wood, Concrete, Masonry)
• BS or MS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structures (or equivalent)
• PE or SE license
• Proficiency in the following Software – Microsoft Office, Risa 3D, AutoCAD, Revit (or equivalent)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience developing project proposals, schedules and scope of work
• Capable of working independently with limited guidance
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without work restrictions

• Provide client’s unique value while delivering safety and performance
• Lead structural design teams for varied government, commercial and industrial projects
• Routinely complete and document field assessments to determine existing structural conditions
• Participate in all project phases including conceptual design, construction design specifications/documentation and contract administration/documentation
• Perform structural analysis of existing and planned projects and design structural solutions utilizing optimal material (wood, concrete, steel, masonry)
• Participate in continuing education course work and career‑path growth
• Demonstrate commitment to employer with an eye toward leadership/ownership
