Job Summary
Position:
Lecturer in Mathematics (AU). Start:
Fall 2024. Duties primarily teaching lower level mathematics and statistics (90% teaching). Service (10%) includes supporting department, college, university, and profession. Not tenure track.

- Service activities supporting department, college, university, and profession (10%)
- MS in mathematics or related quantitative field
- Consistent with SACSCOC accreditation requirements
- Evidence of ability as a teacher
- Evidence of activity as a scholar and ability in other duties
- Successful experience (waived for newly entering scholars)
- Desirable personal qualities judged by interview, biographical data, and recommendations
- Ph.D. in Mathematics
Academic year (August‑May). Full-time (1.0 FTE). Salary commensurate with education, experience, and achievements and subject to funding availability.
