About the Position
Locum Jobs Online is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Gastroenterology MD in Douglasville, Georgia, 30133!
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join a busy, patient-focused private practice serving Douglasville and Hiram, GA—just 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 1:3 single hospital call , a manageable patient load (~15–18/day), and the opportunity to grow into a partner-level role.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive GI care, including procedures such as colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, enteroscopy, hemorrhoid banding, flexible sigmoidoscopy, infusion, TIF®, capsule endoscopy, and telehealth services.
Collaborate with 5 MD/DO physicians and 3 APPs across two medical offices.
Participate in a supportive environment with clinical autonomy and administrative support.
Engage in associate-to-partner pathway with potential for equity and endoscopy ownership.

Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology
Active GA license or willing to obtain
DEA license obtained prior to start
Clean malpractice preferred
Most recent NPDB self-query (within 30 days active)
Accepting new graduates through 2025.
