Position SummaryThis role is responsible for greeting guests, answering questions about park and lodge services, assisting with reservations, maintaining guest accounts, and processing payments. The attendant supports both the Visitors Center and outdoor kiosks and plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Duties- Greet arriving guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Answer inquiries related to park services, guest registration, activities, dining, shopping, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Make, modify, and confirm guest reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Present statements and collect payments for camping, fees, park fees, and other services.
- Monitor guest activity and support general park operations as needed.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using U.S. currency and standard measurements.
- Ability to follow detailed but straightforward written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to operate retail point-of-sale systems.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
