Customer Service Representative

Overview

The Drain Surgeon Plumbing Company is seeking a customer service representative. We are a family-owned, 24/7 plumbing company serving Augusta and surrounding areas. Our office hours are Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm (with after-hours availability). We currently have 9 Full-Time Plumbers and 1 Office Manager. Our front-desk team is expected to deliver world-class customer service and maintain our reputation for consistency in the community.

The role of Lead CSR is available to the right candidate and reports directly to the Office Manager, with responsibilities that include adapting customer service protocols to meet our customers’ plumbing needs.

• Be the face of The Drain Surgeon for customers, delivering outstanding front-desk service.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain clear communication with customers and the internal team.
• Adapt customer service protocols to meet our customers’ plumbing needs.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager and team to support daily operations and uphold company standards.
• Lead CSR position consideration may be available to the right candidate.

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Reliability and attention to detail.

• Pay Range:
  Starts at $17.00/hour, dependent on experience
