This position is responsible for:
Coordinate memberships to include selling, verifying cancelations, payments, program registrations, and class entries. Assist with point-of-sale software system and training as well as providing facility information and tours. Provides exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provides accurate information regarding membership types, benefits and costs.
- Assist Customers in choosing a membership or programs that best fits his or her needs.
- Maintains progressive knowledge of all programs and facilities.
- Enters and maintains all backend information into current software with accuracy to include member financial data and fact check of front desk entries.
- Coordinate and is responsible for all membership reporting into current software including accounts receivable and default payments.
- Updates and maintains electronic and hard-copy files for members and Day Pass Customers.
- Assist in resolving customer service issues.
Work is performed in a fast-paced environment that includes frequent phone and in person contact with people from diverse backgrounds that may express frustrations with policies and procedures. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
