They pride themselves on delivering high-quality projects as part of a close-knit, collaborative team. Due to their continued expansion, they are now looking for a Project Manager to lead some of their multimillion-dollar projects and help them achieve their growth plans.

In this role, you will oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will manage schedules, subcontractors, and resources while coordinating closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders. The role involves monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, managing risk, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance from project start through completion.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a commercial construction background looking to work on high-profile projects while accelerating their career into a senior leadership position.

The Role:

• Commercial Construction Project Manager
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, architects, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

The Person:

• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, including designs and drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
