Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Augusta, GA. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process by identifying potential customers, building relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, driving new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and provide input to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong abilities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and client communications
- Market analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in food service or meat industry sales is highly desirable
- Proficient in negotiation and contract management
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Augusta, GA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
