Business Development Director

Your Pie - Pat Landon is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to join our team representing four stores in the CSRA. In this role, you will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
Off‑premise sales specifically catering will be a must.
And growing the on‑premises customer service footprint that, when delivered, exceeds the customer's expectations.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create strategic growth plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress to senior leadership.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with the industry and local market in North Augusta, SC, and Augusta, GA is preferred.
• Experience in Business, Marketing, or related field is necessary.
