• Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and their unique risk profiles
• Identify client exposures to loss and coordinate risk mitigation efforts
• Maintain relationships with insurer loss control representatives and other service providers
• Respond promptly and accurately to client requests, ensuring timely communication
• Conduct comprehensive audits for clients and assist in stewardship reviews

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in safety or a related field is desirable
• Minimum 5 years of risk control/safety experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop risk improvement solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively

• Already have or are working toward insurance and other professional designations such as CIH, ARM, or ALCM
• Knowledge of sprinkler plan design and other property‑related loss control standards
• Experience in collaborating with internal and external partners
