Lot Coordinator – VW / Audi / Mazda

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Coordinator to support our Volkswagen, Audi, and Mazda dealership operations. This position plays an important role in keeping our vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers while assisting multiple departments across the dealership.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

This is an excellent entry‑level position for someone interested in building a career in automotive service. The role provides hands‑on experience within the service department and can lead to advancement opportunities such as Service Advisor Assistant and Service Advisor for motivated individuals who demonstrate reliability and strong customer service skills.

• Accept and inspect incoming new vehicle deliveries for condition and accuracy
• Stage and organize vehicles on the new car lot and service drive
• Maintain the presentation and organization of the dealership lots
  , including filling empty spaces and rearranging vehicles as needed
• Assist service technicians as a vehicle runner by moving vehicles to and from service areas
• Pick up and drop off customers when needed
• Support dealership staff with vehicle movement and general lot coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lot appearance
• Answer incoming phone calls when necessary and assist by directing calls or providing basic information to customers

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission is a plus (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and basic phone skills are helpful
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
