Responsibilities- Accurately enter data into company database and systems
- Verify and correct any errors in data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents
- Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
