Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and/or government location protocols.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working conditions may vary by post assignment and operational needs.;
Monitor gates, entry points, and designated checkpoints, verifying identification and/or authorization and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries per post orders.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete detailed reports and logs, report maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
