The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining relationships with current accounts, and developing new relationships with potential accounts.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
* Services and maintains positive relationships with the current customer base
* Resolves customer problems on a timely basis
* Identifies customer's needs and presents solutions by recommending potential product enhancements or modifications
* Generates new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customers
* Monitors sales market in assigned region
* Prepares various reports as required
* Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
* Minimum high school diploma; preferred bachelor's degree
* Minimum of one to three years of experience in the field or related area.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
* Preferred manufacturing background, but not required
* Preferred experience and knowledge of UFP's organization, culture, and product lines
