Warehouse Associate (Reach Truck Operator)

Location: Auburn, WA (Onsite)

Duration: 3-Month Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(30-minute unpaid lunch + two paid 15-minute breaks)
Overtime possible, but not frequent

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with strong Reach Truck operating skills to support daily warehouse operations. This role requires a candidate who can step in and operate equipment immediately without training. The majority of time (approximately 85%) will be spent operating a Reach Truck in a dry warehouse environment.

• Operate Reach Truck to move, stock, and replenish inventory
• Receive and unload deliveries; inspect for damage or discrepancies
• Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
• Sort, label, organize, and store merchandise properly
• Pick and accurately select merchandise for shipment
• Load merchandise onto trucks for delivery
• Perform replenishment tasks from reserve to pick slots
• Conduct daily equipment inspections (forklifts, Reach Truck, etc.)
• Shrink wrap pallets and repack merchandise as needed
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Report inventory, slotting, or put-away issues

• Proven experience operating a Reach Truck (no training provided)
• Warehouse experience (0–3 years)
• Experience with picking and inventory handling
