Position: Warehouse Logistics Coordinator - Day Shift (WA)

Overview

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator works in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for the effective administration of the RA system, AP audits, and the vouching system. Builds detailed understanding of DON shipping, inventory control, bill payment, payroll, & reverse logistics. Develops process & methodology to report and monitor LLH compliance and inventory reconciliation. Will be a liaison between all LLH carriers, Corporate Finance, Purchasing and distribution management.

Mon-Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm

Relationships

Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator interacts regularly with members of other internal business units and is responsible for maintaining positive business relationships with both internal and external customers.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Good spelling and grammar.
  • Accurate typing at 45 wpm.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
Essential Duties
  • Review daily RA label report, process labels for returns and update SAP accordingly.
  • File driver’s RA check in logs daily.
  • Complete daily Distribution Activity Reports, expedited freight reports, Carriers Reports Check Lists, and Vendor Vouchers Control Report.
  • Review, analyze, and verify vendor charges prior to vouching.
  • Audit Carrier invoices and process vouchers for payment.
  • Maintain and file all vendor vouchers and bills
  • Update returns processing logs, replenishment logs, RA label reports, and Drivers RA check in logs.
  • Back up to inbound clerical for incoming products and schedule inbound deliveries for carriers.
  • Prepare outbound invoices and bills of lading.
  • Assist with warehouse special projects as needed
  • Cross trains in the duties of VAS QA Coordinator, Day Inbound Clerk, and Night Outbound Clerk functions to establish a total distribution operation background.
  • Communicates verbally, electronically and in writing with warehouse operations and third-party carriers.
  • Freight payment reconciling and freight bill review.
  • Monitors the compliance of our third-party delivery agents and other carriers in regard to preferred methods and reporting.
  • Scan all delivery invoices into the On Base System.
  • Other duties as assigned.
