Are you passionate about fitness, love helping others, and thrive in a goal-driven environment? HOTWORX Auburn is looking for Part-Time Fitness Sales Associates to join our dynamic team!

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers virtually instructed workouts in a variety of infrared saunas. Our mission is to help members achieve their fitness goals through efficient, cutting-edge workouts in a supportive, empowering environment.

As a Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members and a key player in growing our community. This role combines front desk responsibilities, lead generation, and strong sales focus in a fun and fitness-forward atmosphere.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
• Perform sales tours and enroll new members.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and set appointments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the studio.
• Update daily goal boards and participate in sales challenges.
• Support social media and community outreach efforts.

• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
