• High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or equivalent.
• Previous experience on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements: holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
