• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are executed, communicating any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

• At least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, can work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical requirements (repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs).
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Kent, WA (secondary locations: Auburn, WA).
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; 6:00 A.M. start.
