The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Minimum age requirement: 21
- Prior retail management experience required
- Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
