This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist role based in Auburn, WA. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts, performing milling and machining tasks, and adhering to quality control standards. Daily responsibilities include machine setup, operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the production team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining tasks
• Skilled in Milling and working with Machinery
• Experience with Quality Control practices to ensure product precision and adherence to specifications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in a collaborative team environment
• Technical training, certification, or relevant work experience in CNC machining or related fields
