Description

  • Shipping and receiving of materials and products utilizing outlined processes
  • Assist with inventory, receiving, shipping, and miscellaneous projects as assigned
  • Maintain procedures, work instructions and policies as required by area of responsibility as assigned
  • Mentor Program Participants on work tasks and provide feedback as necessary
  • Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner
  • Support all stakeholders of Orion team fully to achieve company, departmental, and personal goals and objectives
  • Participate in team and company meetings as required
  • Role model proper work ethics and behaviors
  • Role model proper hygiene and appropriate work attire

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Shipping and receiving experience utilizing various packing, picking, and shipping processes
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Demonstrated basic math skills
  • Possess or acquire tools needed to accomplish work objective
  • Organizational ability
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collectively
  • Customer service skills; able to relate well to all internal and external customers
