• Assemble parts and operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Bend, punch, hand form, deburr, or saw metal products as per supervisor instructions.
• Support production team efforts to ensure on‑time delivery and continuous improvement.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use calipers.
• Experience with press brake machines, CNC operations, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of machine operating and setup processes.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with punching processes dated roll forming, and tooling is a plus.
• Understanding of leanാശ principles in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Work in a clean, organized manufacturing shop, handling steel and sheet metal to manufacture parts. The environment can be heavy and loud, with safety being a top priority. Employees should be prepared for physical activity, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting heavy objects. Work a Monday‑Friday daytime shift, with flexibility for overtime when required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $26.00/hr.
