Extrusion Associate Night Shift

Job Details

• Base Pay: starts at $21.50 per hour plus $1.50 per hour shift differential for night shift.
• This role is full-time (30+ hours per week); pay range: $20.50 to $21.50 per hour plus $1.50 for night shift.
• Shift: Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM.

• Visually inspect extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.
• Confirm proper counts, packing patterns, and labels.
• Maintain required paperwork.
• Perform online quality inspections.
• Operate packaging equipment.

• Must be able to read a tape measure (to the 16th of an inch).
• Related machine operation experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read English and quality test product.
• Must be able to stand and work on your feet for 12‑hour shifts, and bend and lift.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet goals and quality standards.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies.
• No experience required; manufacturing and extrusion experience highly preferred.
