Job Details

Base Pay Range is $20.50 - $21.50 per hour

Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Extrusion Operators visually inspect extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.
  • Ensure product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels.
  • Maintain paperwork as required.
  • Perform online quality inspections.
  • Operate packaging equipment.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to read a tape measure (to the 16th of an inch).
  • Related machine operation experience.
  • Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts, and bend and lift.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Ability to read English and quality test product.
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and quality standards.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to understand and follow safety policies.
  • No experience required; manufacturing and extrusion experience highly preferred.

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $20.50 per hour to $21.50 per hour plus medical, dental, and vision benefits starting day 1 plus 401k and PTO. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
