Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread. The organization follows a decentralized business model, where each geographic area is led by a Market Leader. Reporting to the Market Leader are Area Directors, who manage multiple units. General Managers run individual cafés, while Assistant Managers oversee departments and daily operations. Team Managers provide frontline leadership throughout the café.
Base pay range$19.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Essential duties and responsibilities- Act as a role‑model and lead the team.
- Ensure team members provide outstanding customer service.
- Own business performance of the restaurant.
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment, following all safety and sanitation standards.
- Run opening, mid‑shift and closing shifts, ensuring consistent positive customer experience.
- Coordinate the entire operation during scheduled shifts.
- Greet customers and perform table visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Recruit, train and motivate staff.
- Assist the bakery‑café specialist in training team members and ensuring competence in all aspects of food service.
- Achieve objectives while operating within company guidelines, cultural values and ethical practices.
- Project a professional image and embody Flynn’s values and beliefs.
- At least 1–2 years of hospitality experience.
- Food management certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated “Run it Like You Own It” mentality.
- Excellent organization, customer service and time‑management skills.
- Proven leadership track record.
- Passion, energy and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with diverse teams.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
