Perform general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and repairs.;
Ensure walls, floors, doors, windows, and furniture in common areas are properly maintained and repaired.;
Repair and maintain in-house plumbing and minor electrical work in units and common areas.;
Complete all work orders in a timely manner and document safety issues.;
Assist with training and development of safety procedures and hazard communications.
