Responsibility SummaryTo safely perform filter‑related service work, including installations, change‑outs, rebuilding filter banks, cleaning systems and any other maintenance duties. The position also assists with production or special‑size filters, such as special liquid filters, and performs selected warehouse functions.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Perform general labor tasks.
- Work within established safety guidelines, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide world‑class customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Clean fan coil units, air handling units, paint booths, and air ducts.
- Tear out old filter systems and change filters.
- Build filter banks.
- Maintain vehicle service schedule, keeping vehicles clean and organized.
- Identify sources of defects and apply filtration solutions.
- Protect and grow the value of the business at assigned accounts.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to obtain a CDL and DOT health card if the assigned location has DOT‑regulated vehicles.
The role requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands to handle tools, reaching, climbing stairs, using ladders up to 250 lb capacity, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, speaking, and hearing. The employee may need to lift and move up to 50 lb, sometimes overhead, and work in extreme temperatures, cramped spaces, high noise and dust environments. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
