Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $21 - $22 /hr
Location: Seattle, WA

Custodial Services Worker Job Duties and Requirements:

• Cleaning & Maintenance:
• Thoroughly clean and maintain assigned areas, including seating bowls, concourses, restrooms, suites, offices, and common areas, adhering to strict cleanliness standards.
• Properly follow procedures for the storage and disposal of trash, including meticulous separation of recyclables and compostable.
• Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuums, floor scrubbers, brooms, mops).

• Safety & Compliance:
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including those related to chemical handling and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any maintenance concerns or hazards promptly.
• Teamwork & Guest Experience:
• Work effectively as part of a team or independently to achieve cleaning goals.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, occasionally interacting with guests and staff.
• Be adaptable to changing event needs and assignments.
• Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to remain in a stationary position, walk, stand, bend, push, and pull for extended periods during an entire shift.
• Comfortable working in various conditions.
