WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
  • Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort (MCR).
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to other IT Application Support Analyst, and IT Support Technicians including coordinating and reviewing the work of others, training, and coaching.
  • Facilitating problem solving through best practices.
  • Resolve complex hardware and software malfunctions.
  • Schedule and facilitate end user training.
  • Schedule and facilitate application testing and validation.
  • Integrate and interface hardware or software.
  • Make technical presentations internally and to outside departments.
  • Determine performance, capacity, and utilization for system components.
  • Assist in planning migrations to new or improved hardware and software products.
  • Monitor application changes and additions to the systems.
  • Monitor access of secure IT locations to ensure IT policies and procedures are followed.
  • Research new or updated technology.
  • Act as liaison between IT Operations and other functional units for escalation purposes.
  • Create, maintain, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • A Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in Engineering, IS or Technical Degree). Three (3) additional years of Application Support related experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Three (3) years of on-the-job experience in a technical field.
  • Industry specific knowledge of products utilized in Hotel Management, Gaming, Finance and Food & Beverage preferred.
