Job Title: Employee Development Specialist

Location: Auburn, WA

• Deliver engaging training sessions using various media to ensure content retention.
• Adapt curriculum and delivery methods to meet specific business learning objectives.
• Identify and address performance issues, recommending improvements.
• Schedule courses and instructors based on assessed requirements.
• Manage and coordinate training requests for new hires, recalls, and transfers.
• Provide support for off-shift training as needed.

• Expertise in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems.
• Strong instructional skills, including preparation, delivery, and student assessment.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing training processes.
