Nissan of Auburn is looking for candidates for a Full-Time Automotive Receptionist/Cashier. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed and grow with the company.

$19.00 - $21.00 Per hour

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients in our busy Service department
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and check the client out when their Service is done. Balance till at the end of the shift
  • Close repair orders using our Tekion computer system
  • Work cooperatively with the managers and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Archive documents via electronic scanning
  • Stock in new vehicles in accounting system
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written, required.

Paid Time Off:
  • All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
  • Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.
