Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting, documentation, and escalation as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the exterior perimeter, parking areas, and interior common areas;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, including verifying credentials, supporting sign-in processes, and directing visitors and/or contractors to approved areas;
Complete routine security-related reports and logs, communicate site conditions to Allied Universal supervision and/or client representatives, and report hazards or maintenance concerns observed during patrols
