Security Officer - Flex Museum Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and store associates by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, back-of-house areas, and parking lots to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, crowd control, and coordinating with management and/or public responders as needed;
Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas for suspicious behavior, support receipt check processes when assigned, and report potential loss prevention concerns to site leadership per post orders;
Complete detailed reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate timely updates to supervisors and site contacts using required reporting tools
