Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or public services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and building perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and operational concerns;
Monitor CCTV and other security-related systems when assigned, documenting observations and reporting suspicious activity according to site policy;
Complete detailed written reports and activity logs, and communicate clearly with store associates, management, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, assistance requests, and policy concerns
