• Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties throughout the Worcester area.
• Repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of customers and fellow team members.

• Valid HVAC license required.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on‑call rotations.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds.
