What You'll Do- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across PCs and laptops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Manage and resolve IT service requests using ticketing tools such as Service Now
. - Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and software applications.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain documentation of solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now).
- Strong knowledge of IT support processes
, including hardware and software troubleshooting. - Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with PC and laptop hardware components.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
