- Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates for both active and passive talent pipelines across various sourcing platforms (Linked In, Naukri, ATS, Employee Referrals)
- End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously across various disciplines and seniority levels.
- Be a true business partner and recruitment expert to your hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Conduct initial recruiter interviews through video screenings to evaluate candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers and people operations teams across various offices of Third Bridge to ensure high-quality talent delivery
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing a positive candidate experience
- Promote and drive improvements in standards, productivity and efficiency
- Using initiative to solve and identify problems early
- Clear English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of roles, including Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Data and more.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates alike, focusing on providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (we use Smart Recruiters)
- Self-motivated, organised, and highly detail-oriented
- A team player with the ability to also work independently, and someone who is not afraid to ask for help when they need it
- Data mindset - an ability to use data to influence decision-making
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
