Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the site team
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
- Post-office trips
- Set up meetings
- Assist staff with different aspects of AP/AR
- Prepare and proofread internal correspondence and reports
- Assist with vendor files, contracts, and internal tracking logs
- Answer and direct internal phone calls, emails, and mail
- Maintain a professional, organized corporate office environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred (property management experience a plus, but not required)
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
