Job Description
Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) for the General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style teams.
The starting hourly rate is $16.50 USD per hour.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their specific needs.
- Scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
- Communicate effectively and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to lift merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds.
- Flexibility when picking up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Active engagement and reliable attendance.
