First Shift Production Associate – Foam Manufacturing

Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay $16.00 per hour

We are currently hiring dependable team members for third shift production roles at our Auburn facility.

This position focuses on assembling and packing bedding components while meeting production schedules and customer quality expectations. Associates glue and assemble foam components to build bed structures according to work orders, identify different foam types, create and issue tags using SAP, and inspect products for accuracy and quality. Team members measure dimensions, prepare items for packaging, and work toward daily production targets.

In the packaging portion of the role, employees read and follow customer packaging instructions, inspect and measure finished pieces, operate equipment such as a convoluter when needed, generate SAP tags, poly wrap and label products, and stage materials for shipment.

Experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required, and training will be provided for the right candidate. Applicants should be able to use basic math to count materials, follow written and verbal instructions, and apply practical problem solving on the production floor. The job requires frequent lifting of 51 to 100 pounds, along with pushing or pulling stacks of foam weighing up to 100 pounds.
