Forklift Operator - Night Shift; -hour shift

Position: Forklift Operator - Night Shift (12-hour shift, 3-2-2-3 schedule)
Requirements, Responsibilities & Expectations:

Proven tow motor skills required

Ability to work our 12-hour night shift on a 3-2-2-3 schedule (5:45 pm - 6:00 am)

Ability to work overtime

Safe work habits, especially when operating a fork truck

Great communication skills

Ability to see the big picture as it pertains to the area and situation.

Extreme attention to detail

Basic computer skills

Passionate about neatness and organization

Positive attitude - ability to recognize that the rest of the plant is our customer, and treat them as such

Self-motivated & self-directed

High energy and can energize others
