- Proven Tow Motor Skills Required
- Ability to work our 12‑hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule, day shift
- Ability to work overtime
- Safe work habits, especially when operating a fork truck
- Great communication skills
- Ability to see the big picture as it pertains to the area and situation
- Extreme attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Passionate about neatness and organization
- Positive attitude – ability to recognize that the rest of the plant is our customer, and treat them as such
