Assistant Manager Job Description
The position is responsible for the Auburn and surrounding areas.
Hours are primarily evenings and some weekends. This position requires someone with a flexible schedule willing to pick up hours as needed and to travel around the Auburn area. The role works 5-6 days a week including weekends.
Responsibilities- Responsible for all aspects of running the business
- Clean assigned number of hours on a regular basis
- Organized at handling multiple keys and accounts
- Able to handle quick changes in scheduling that can occur nightly
- Checking and auditing accounts to ensure buildings meet cleaning expectations
- Open to working at least 6 days a week, including some weekends
- Work with management to achieve company goals
- Manage personnel
- Fill in for called-off workers
- Fill in for open jobs
- Train employees
- Scheduling: manage loading new and old accounts
- Work with operations manager and maintain close communication
- Assume responsibilities of operations manager when the operations manager is off
- Attend staff meetings (typically Monday afternoons at Fort Wayne office)
- All aspects of managing the general operation of the business
- Work whatever hours necessary to perform the duties listed and any other duties required for the business to be successful
- Minimum of 20-40 hours per week
- Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Management: 1 year
